Payments will be made before entry by bank transfer or credit card and the accommodation file such as the collection of ID or passports will be done beforehand virtually Disinfectant gel will be available in the area passed and entrances to the accommodations.
We only have two shared spaces such as the playground and the pool, where the protocol to be followed will be two consecutive and equitable shifts in the case of two accommodations that are not from the same group or family unit.
One group will enjoy in the morning and the other in the afternoon and the next day we will invest the shifts. In such a way that we can guarantee the disinfection of the swimming pool and playground between shifts We trust the responsibility of the guests to maintain the two meters if they are not from the same family unit, the protocols and the pertinent sanitation recommendations.
The rest of the measures and protocols that we will comply with are those that are given to us by obligation or recommendation of the Ministry of Health and that of the Health Service of the Generalitat.
Once the stay is finished, please put the bedding and towels in the bags that we will leave as such to be collected for cleaning and the rest of the house in adequate conditions to proceed with their disinfection and cleaning.
